You may return or exchange most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must do so within 28 days by emailing quirkybirdemporium@gmail.com. The 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. Or, if purchased in person, the 28 days starts from the date of purchase.
